Thai Traditionals Cattery has been tested
My Thai Traditionals has
been breeding Traditional Siamese and Traditional Colorpoint
Siamese since 2003. Their beauty, intelligence, sense of fun,
trainability, loyalty, and loving, gentle ways are a joy. I
train all my cats to do tricks. They love the mental exercise
and have fun learning new tricks too.
Since I have bred, raised and trained Belgian Sheepdogs for over 30 years, I have considerable experience. Belgians are all black dogs so, when my kittens are all born white, I wait excitedly to see which colors will emerge. I love the mystery and anticipation of what color my kittens will be. The Lynx Point queens add their special flavor to that. Customers are invited to visit and choose their kitten. Those who do visit are given priority to the availability of my kittens. I encourage customers to reserve a kitten with a deposit. One of my funniest stories I enjoy sharing is when a family came to see my kittens. Jesabel kept them entertained by fetching repeatedly for the father of the family. She had initiated the game by bringing her favorite toy to him and dropping it at his feet. I think she made the sale of her brother that day!
REGISTRY
All my cats and kittens are registered with The Traditional Cat Association, Inc. (TCA, INC.) The open communication and sharing of information from TCA, INC. is a great benefit to both breeders and enthusiasts.
CUSTOMER INQUIRIES
ARE MOST WELCOME
I do wish to ask customers
are few questions, upon first meeting them, just to get to know
one another. Some of my questions may be: What is their name,
address, phone number and e mail address. Have they owned
Traditional Siamese before? How many are in their household?
Are there other cats in the house? Are there children in their
family? Do they live in a house or apartment. In this way I am
able to better serve their needs and answer questions.
My advice to cat fanciers
who is purchasing their first cat is to communicate with your
kitten's breeder, Feed quality food to extend the life of tyour
cat, avoid grocery store brands, read all the latest information
on vaccines, do not over vaccinate and know what rights you have
at your Veterinarian's office.
My advice to novice breeders is to use a Mentor. I did and
still do and it makes all the difference.
